He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Oscar and Earlen Elizabeth Gall (Spencer); his wife Sonya Gall (Evans); and his daughter Sonya Gall. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Rode (Steven) of Van Wert, Domonick Gall of Ohio City, Kari Gall of Celina, Tabatha Gall of Van Wert, Kalynn Snyder (Aaron) of Van Wert and Tiffany Kenyon (Joshua) of Delphos; his goddaughter Kris Waldron of Van Wert; and his sisters, Charlotte Spencer, Suzanne Spencer, Patricia Bradford and Wilma Tallman. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren with one great grandchild.
