Ione Owens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ione Owens of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on July 10, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, O. B. Swartz and Ruby Swartz (Brown); her spouse Glenn Haydn Owens; her siblings, Paul, Ray Swartz, Ruth Wilkin and Mary Wertz; and her daughter-in-law Diana Owens.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Owens of Van Wert and Jeff Owens of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Brian Owens of Van Wert and Kayla Mumford of Westerville, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Griffin Owens, Olivia Mumford and Hailey Mumford; and her sister Leone Pollock of Van Wert.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ione's memory may be sent to Salem Presbyterian Church Major Improvement Fund.
