Merkle (Walls); his children, Angela Marie Druckemiller (John) of Lino Lakes, Kevin Leon Merkle (Brenda Jones) of Van Wert, Jeffrey Scott Merkle (Tammy Copper) of Citrus Hills and Janelle Lynn Hardesty (Chris) of Spencerville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Amanda Druckemiller, Melanie Druckemiller, Caleb Druckemiller (Kaylee), Tabatha Rapp (Mike), Brad Crawford (Stasha), Chesley Chavarria (Nathan), McKenna Rager (Isaac), Lindsey Stanley (Mickey), Leah Merkle, Lanie Teal (Brad), Lauren Merkle, Morgan McCollow (Pete) and Victoria Hardesty; and his brother Stanley G. Merkle (Linda) of Cridersville. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
