He was predeceased by: his daughter Christina Fay Duncan; and his siblings, Johnny Duncan, Herbert Duncan, James Duncan, Charles Duncan, Vernia Barnhart and Linda Gossard.
He is survived by: his spouse Patricia M. (Auer); his children, Tonia Duncan (Edward Myers) and Eric Duncan; his grandchildren, Levi Braxton Myers, Makayla Roseanne Marie Duncan and Shaquia Shadowski; and his sisters, Shirley Settlemire of Findlay and Norma Jean Duncan of Piqua.
