She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Kenneth and Lillian Christine Presley Norton; her spouse Petrel Cook; her former husband Joseph HcHugh; and her brothers, Aubrey Roy Norton, Mark Lyn Norton and Johnny Allan Norton.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Lee McHugh, Jr. of Lima, Thomas Roy McHugh of Lima, Jeffery Allan McHugh (Chrissy) of Van Wert, Christina Faye McHugh of Lima and Melissa Rose Jones-Batman (Eric) of Lima; and her siblings, Ronnie Lee Norton (Jane) of Celina, Lois Preston (Bill) of Pique, June Bricker (Don) of Wapakoneta, Poinsettia Guidry of Manassas, GA and Wanda McNaughton (Larry) of St. Marys. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
