He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Christle Fiegel (Will) and Donald Fiegel; his wife Carol (Szolach); and his children, Donald Fiegel (Nancy) of New Knoxville, Tyrus Fiegel (Nikki) of Van Wert, Dawn Hoffman (Carl) of Van Wert and Stacy Miller (Brian) of Convoy. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers preferred memorials can be made to American Legion Post 178 or The Van Wert County Council on Aging.
