He is survived by: his former wife Judith Carol Cavinder; his wife Judy C. Perl of Van Wert; his children, Randy Perl (Deb) of Van Wert and Pamela Gray (Rex) of Paulding; his half-siblings, Paul Perl (Roberta) of Van Wert, David Perl of Paulding, Richard Perl (Marsha) of Paulding and Melody Peffley of Butler, Indiana; his grandchildren, Rex A. Gray, Jr. of Paulding, Lacey G. Shemit of Paulding and Jordan Perl (Markee) of Van Wert; and his great grandchildren, Allison, Olivia, Aubrie, Zander, Lyrik, Kyler, Levi, Marlee, Kennedy, Kinley and Kane.
