She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathew M. Burnett and Catherine Jane Burnett (Logan); her daughter Mary Jane Culler; and her siblings, William Burnett, Elmer Burnett, Matthew Max Burnett and Ruth Mosier.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Fred I. Culler; her children, Dr. Amy Culler of Toledo and Ben Culler (Chris) of Fremont, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Quin Mary Jane Culler, Christopher Ira Culler, Jack Culler and Nathan Culler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Freda's memory may be directed to the Mary Jane Culler Scholarship Fund through the Van Wert County Foundation or to the Brumback Library.
