She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Wilson Summersett and Hazel Ruth Summersett (Pollock); her spouse Watson N. Ley; and her brother Warren Summersett. She is survived by: her children, Dr. John C. Ley (Vicki) of Tubac and Ruth Ann Boley (Jack) of Van Wert, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Dr. Brian C. Ley of Denver, Michael Ley (Naomi) of Paris, France, Amy J. Boley of Lima and Greg Boley (Arleen) of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.; her great grandchildren, Caden Ley, Jacqueline Ley, London Ley, Bode Ley, Elleanna Ley, Evelyn Ley, Courtney Boley and Andrew Boley; her great great grandchild Kali Boley Bender; and her sister Leah Ries.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Esther's memory may be sent to First United Methodist Church for missions or to the donor's choice .
