She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Naomi Caroline Martin (Clear); her husband Robert Scott; and her siblings, Wm Harry Martin, Joseph Samuel Martin and C. Chester Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Mike K. Scott of Van Wert, OH, Jay B. Scott of Seattle, WA, John Martin M. Scott (Janet) of Cypress, CA. and Ruth A. Scott of Van Wert, OH.; her grandchildren, Kayla M. Harvey (John) of Edgerton, OH, Jordan E. Scott of Cypress, CA, Jarod R. and Wendy Barnes (Craig); her great grandchildren, Shaun W. Harvey, Serenity M. Harvey, Parker J. Harvey and Adeline R. Harvey; her son David A. Scott; and her grandson Luke Scott.
Due to Covid concerns and weather conditions a memorial service is planned for a later date.
Emma Lee worked at various Van Wert establishments and spent about 10 years as a house parent at the Marsh Foundation.
