She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Raymond Barnes and Donelda Barnes (Lawrence); her son Curtis Boroff; her sister Denise Russell (Barnes); and her niece Stephanie Etzler.
She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Boroff, Jr.; her children, Jason Boroff (Crystal) of Ohio City, Nicholas Boroff of Coldwater and Kelly Boroff (Erica) of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Celsesa Ebel (Chanse), Caylee Boroff, Carli Boroff (Drew Wannemacher) of Van Wert and Cylee Boroff of Ohio City; her children, Madison, Xander Boroff of St. Mary's, Logan, Lexis McDowell of Convoy and Brynn Boroff of Van Wert; her great grandchildren, Quinleigh, Ellieana Wannemacher of Van Wert, Anika Mault of Van Wert and Dean Ebel of Van Wert; her siblings, Ray Barnes of Fort Worth, RaeJean Driskill (Doyle) and Jeff Barnes (Anna) of Watauga, Texas; and her nephews, Brian Barnes (Randi) and Doyle Driskill.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kindred Hospital in Lima, Ohio.
