She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hofmann and Edna Hofmann (Dietrich); and her siblings, Oscar Hofmann and Delores Whitcraft. She is survived by: her husband Dick of Van Wert; her sons, Kevin Jackson (Andrea) of Toledo, Troy Jackson (Barbara) of North Carolina and Pat Jackson (Shanann) of Van Wert; and her sisters, Louise Showalter of Van Wert and Elsie Selking (Al) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
