He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schabbing and Nellie Schabbing (Dempsey); and his sisters, Paula Brown and Vera Schabbing. He is survived by: his children, Johnithon Schabbing (Kathy) of Van Wert, Andrew Schabbing of Van Wert, Tieler Schabbing (Tara) of Beaufort, SC, Keegan Schabbing of Delphos and Jessica Schabbing of Beaurfort, SC; his siblings, George "Butch" Schabbing (Peggy) of Middlepoint, Brenda Neil (Skip Wallace) of Lakeview and Esther Wilson-Schabbing (Larry) of Canton; and his brother-in-law Don Snyder. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
