She was predeceased by: her parents, Tschannen Franklin and Irma Genevieve Marbaugh (Baltzell); her sister Louise Smith; her niece Martha Jane Smith; and her cousin Royce High.
She is survived by: her nieces, Mary Ellen Mann of Arlington and Ruth Ann Smith of Newark, Ohio; and her cousins, Charity High and Kim Harter.
