She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Conley and Ilo Conley (Boroff); her spouse E. H. "Dean" Martz; and her siblings, Clarence Conley, Betty Shobe, Patricia McIntire, Walter Conley Jr., Marion Conley, Dale Conley and Louise Conley.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Martz of Van Wert and Michael Martz (Rebecca) of Glenmore, Ohio; and her granddaughter Briana Martz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Van Wert YWCA Summer Food Program.
