He was predeceased by: his parents, John Magner and Mary Magner (Swain). He is survived by: his wife Cherie High of Van Wert; his sons, Sean Manger of Van Wert and Gregg Manger of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Breanne, Xavier and Amelia Manger; and his son Van Wert.
