He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Tomlinson and Mary Tomlinson (Tribolet); his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Rex Tomlinson (Lou), Roger Tomlinson (Carroll) and Phyllis Lininger (Roger).
He is survived by: his children, Sue Hamilton (Spencer), Carol Couch (Jim) and Tim Tomlinson (Joyce); his daughter-in-law Tammy Tomlinson (Arlene Keysor); his grandchildren, Jon Tomlinson (Diana), Travis Tomlinson, Jared Tomlinson, Erin Martin (Uriah), Kyle Hamilton (Christine), Makenzie Hoffman (Travis) and Andrew Tomlinson (Jourdan); his great grandchildren, Kendall, Ainsley Hoffman, Jax, Jett Tomlinson, Taylor, Zac Tomlinson and Ethan Martin; and his great great grandchild Carter Bochard. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory (722 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM and at 12:00 PM. A committal service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Ridge Cemetery (18294 Lincoln Hwy, Middle Point, OH 45863).
