We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2022, at the age of 76, Dea Marie Johnson of Van Wert, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin H. Thomas and W. Jeanne Thomas (Wortman) of Van Wert; her spouse Jerry Lee Johnson; and her brother Michael W. Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Lee Johnson (Mindy) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Jennifer Marie Adams (Jeff) of Van Wert; her granddaughters, Maria Zenk-Johnson, Margaret Zenk-Johnson of Fort Wayne and Kaylyn Marie Gerold of Van Wert; and her siblings, James P. Thomas (Roberta) of North Carolina, Jeffrey L. Thomas (Cathy) of Convoy and Cynthia L. Thomas of Indiana.

Preferred memorials are to Calvary Evangelical Ries Memorial Fund, Calvary Missions, or the Alzheimer's Association.
