He was predeceased by: his father Gaylord L. Taylor; his stepfather Richard D. Lewis; and his sister Elizabeth Engstrand. He is survived by: his mother Betty L. Lewis (Jenkins) of Van Wert; his sister Jenni Profit (Eric); his nieces and nephews, Andy Miller (Kelly), Jason Miller (Kendra), Kari Miller, Nathan Profit, Quintin Profit (Catlyn) and Olivia Lyvers (Zach); and his close friend Peggy Hoffman. He is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews.
