He is survived by: his parents, David Cullen of Van Wert and Carla Bailey (Shaffer) of Baxter, Tennessee; his siblings, Joshua Cullen of Van Wert, Jeremy Cullen of Bryan, Ohio and Amy Cullen of Cookville, Tennessee; his stepsister Mahary Riley of Van Wert; his stepfather Rick Bailey; and his pet Rio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and one great nephew.
