He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy "Roy" DeBolt and Thelma DeBolt (Miller); his wife Audrey E. Egley; his son Kevin L. DeBolt; and his siblings, Lois Hamrick, Larry and Harold DeBolt.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Taylor (Jess) of Wren, Renee Matthews (Randy) of Van Wert, Sharla Thompson (John) of Grover Hill, Ohio and Michael L. DeBolt of Convoy, Ohio; his sister Janet Hoverman of Van Wert, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jesse Taylor III, Sindi Matthews, Justin Taylor (Anne), Johnelle Pohlman (Tim), Kimberlee Thompson and John Thompson III; and his great grandchildren, Jesse Taylor IV, Brecken Matthews, Nathan Taylor, Harper Taylor, Isaac and Owen Pohlman.
