With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale R. Lehman of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lehman and Clarabelle Lehman (Kemler); and his brother Gary Lehman. He is survived by: his former wife Renee Lehman (Wilder); his wife Judy Lehman (Monroe); his daughters, Casie Allen (Hick) of Celina and Abby Rhodes (Justin) of Celina; his stepchildren, Malinda Mackie of Van Wert, Audrey Longstreth (Matt) of Florida, Abby Voors of Van Wert and Terry Mackie (Grace) of Continental; his grandchildren, Paiton, Laina, Madison, Jorgia, Jaykob, Jayce, Mason and Harper; and his brother Dana Lehman (Balinda) of South Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made out to CHP Home Car & Hospice 1159 Westwood Dr., Van Wert, OH 45891.
