He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Davies and Cecile Davies (Vulgamott); his sister Martha Henney (Lloyd); and his son Clark A. Davies. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Davies of Van Wert; his daughter-in-law Lorelei "Lori" Davies of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Emilee Myers (Cole) and Louis Davies (Mariah); his great grandchildren, Mara Myers, Greycen and Grant Davies; and his brother Donald J. Davies of Ottoville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dale's memory may be directed to Gideon's International or to Wesley United Methodist Church.
