He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Louise Davies. He is survived by: his parent Dale G. Davies (Marcia); his spouse Lorelei L. Davies (Lori); his children, Lori Davies and Dale G. Davies (Marcia); and his grandchildren, Louis Davies (Mariah) and Emilee Myers (Cole).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Van Wert County Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
