Johnson of Columbus and Rachele Shepard (Fred) of Cloverdale; her grandsons, Frederick Shepard (Emily), Jason Shepard (Anna) and Timothy Shepard; her great grandchild Nolan Ryan Shepard; and her brother Dr. Myron Mohr of Van Wert.
