He is survived by: his son Bret D. Lewis (Melissa) of Van Wert; his granddaughters, Jordan Saunders (Adam) of Van Wert and Hayley Kraner (Tyler) of St. Marys; his sister Sharon Wreede (Dick) of Delphos; and his sister-in-law Betty Lewis. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
