She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Williams and Margaret Caroline Williams (Bice). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Fleenor; her children, Pam Hoverman (Dick) of Van Wert and Jerry Burch (Angelique) of Findlay, Ohio; her stepchildren, Tammy Johnson (Thomas) of Lima, Richard Shaner (Kim) of Terre Haute and Andrea Barnes (Joseph) of Van Wert; and her siblings, Paul Williams (Patty) of Van Wert, Ben Williams (Janet) of Middle Point, Zelma Doster (Dan) of Toledo and Mary Strawser of Van Wert. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
