She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Bell and Harriet Bell (Shivley); and her husband RIchard C. Baxter. She is survived by: her brother James Bell; her son Mark J Collins; and her granddaughter Jennifer Duvall. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 72 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
