It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Wollenhaupt of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wollenhaupt and Grace Wollenhaupt (Johnson); and his wife LaDonna Lucille Long. He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Wollenhaupt (Nancy) of Van Wert and Dale K. Wollenhaupt of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Christa Ganger (Mark), Leeann Ellerbrock (Ryan), Carla Cramer (Mitchell) and Tyler Wollenhaupt; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Brittany, A. J. Ganger, Giada, Meika, Oakley Ellerbrock, Harper and Hayden Cramer; and his brother Harold Wollenhaupt (Rosa) of Macungie, Pennsylvania..
Due to Covid 19 concerns, there will be private services for the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Van Wert County Junior Fair.
