He was predeceased by: his parents, George G. Beck and Retta Florence Beck (Bechtol); his wife H. Pauline "Polly" Kever; and his grandson Ethan Fast. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Poe (William) of Van Wert, Doug Beck (Franki Eggleston) of Van Wert and Lori Fast (Mark) of Van Wert; his granddaughters, Emily Muhlenkamp (Blake), Bethany and Rebekah Fast; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Bryce Muhlenkamp; and his sisters, Grace Stump of Hilton Head, S. C. and Janet Looker of Pickerington, OH..
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the Beck family requests memorial contributions in Carl's memory may be directed to the Van Wert County Disabled American Veterans Chapter #54.
