He is survived by: his wife Marcia Marie Miller of Van Wert; his children, Dana Coyne (Lindsay) of Van Wert, Shannon Lewis (Michael) of St. Marys and Kaitlin Esmonde (Dylan) of Lima; his siblings, Douglas Pancake and Pamela Showalter of Eubank, KY; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Miller and Gary Miller (Deb) of Van Wert; and his grandchildren, Brandon Smart (Courtney), Coyne of Nevada, Kaile Lewis, Maddie Boroff, Xander Boroff, Mason Lewis, Brianna Esmonde, Aaliyah Reynolds, Layla Esmonde and Dawson Esmonde.
