She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Benner and RaeDean Benner (Tyler); her foster parents, Jess Firestone and Donna Firestone; and her siblings, David Benner, Philip Benner, Susan Baucom and Elaine Pollock.

She is survived by: her husband James "Paul" Coburn of Van Wert; her sons, Justin Rager (Amanda Wood) of Van Wert and Colby Rager of Nashville, TN; her stepdaughters, Michelle Finkhausen (Travis) of Van Wert, Amy Reardon (Michael) of Cape Carteret, NC and Torrie Coburn of Cape Carteret, NC; her grandchildren, Dylan, Luke, Sean, Kate, Nathan, Josh and Donnie; and her siblings, Douglas Benner (Robbin) of Van Wert, Chris Stutz (Tom) of Venedocia and Deborah Benner of Van Wert.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church Food Pantry.
