He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne B. Foster and Evelyn Foster (Eller) of Wetzel, Ohio.; and his parents-in-law, Don and Carol Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Foster of Van Wert; his sons, Shad Foster (Kelly) of Van Wert and Brad Foster (Jaime) of Dublin, Ohio; his grandchildren, Finley Foster, Keaton Foster, Flannery Foster, Madelyn Foster and Andrew Foster; his siblings, Janice Bollenbacher of Van Wert, Connie Kundert of Van Wert, Larry Foster (Betty) of Van Wert, Denny Foster (Jill) of Sevierville and Greg Foster of Mansfield; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Taylor and Linda Karnes.
