It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Hughes of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on December 19, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billy Hughes to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spencer and Helen Hughes (Clouse); and his sisters, Velma Hirsch, Betty Lloyd and Alice Dull.
He is survived by: his children, William Thomas "Tom" Hughes (Sherry) of Van Wert and Angela Kay "Angie" Hughes (Carol Rabon) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Andy Detweiler, Abbey Caballero and Alex Unterbrink; and his great grandchildren, Devon, Carly, Ashlyn, Corbin and Landry. He is also survived by two nieces and six nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Billy's memory may be sent to Trinity United Methodist Church.
