She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard "Ben" Unterbrink and Lucy Unterbrink (Heckman); her husband Charles D. Poling; and her son Terry Poling. She is survived by: her children, Steve Poling (Debbie) of Ada, Rodney Poling (Lynn) of Medfield, Mass., Dave Poling (Sue) of Edgewood, K. Y., Deb Baker (Ron) of Bellefontaine, Tammie Warren of Kenton, Lis Cooper (Doug) of Marysville and Kurt Poling (Marcia) of Dunkirk; and her grandchildren, Doug Poling, Kyle Poling, Chris Poling, Luke Poling, Anne Byers, Nick Poling, David Poling, Chad Poling, Nathan Poling, Sarah Poling, Carrie Young, Chris Baker, Katie Wireman, Libby Dyer, Brad Baker, Andy Warren, Cody Warren, Megan Dalton, Emily Warren, Matt Cooper, Reed Cooper, Grace Poling, Reed Poling, Julia Poling and Will Poling. She is also survived by 46 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic church, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, or a charity of the donors choice.
