She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith and Hazel Smith (Crawford) of Findlay; and her husband John V. McCoy of Van Wert. She is survived by: her children, Ken, Linda Brown (Thomas) of Mendon, OH, Kenneth McCoy (Chuck) of Philadelphia, PA, Mary McCoy of Van Wert, OH and Kelly Vanlandingham (Joel Adam) of Decatur, IN; her stepson James McCoy (Linda) of Winston-Salem, NC; her sister Elaine Beech of Arlington, Ohio; her grandchildren, Andrew McCoy (Carly) of Edwardsburg, Michigan and Alexandria Morris (Christian) of Decatur, Indiana; her stepgrandchildren, Joshua McCoy and Tera Miller; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Shilah, Sequoia and Sierra; and her grandchildren, Willow and Alyxandria.
