He is survived by: his son Andrew Fowler, Jr. (Kimberly); and his siblings, Donnie Fowler (Hilda Pauline) of Van Wert, Robert Fowler of Van Wert and Sandra Conrad of Van Wert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
