She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Smith and Twila Olive Smith (Tate); her husband Martin Orlie Raudabaugh; and her sister Sydney L. Willoby. She is survived by: her children, Penny J. Wilson of Valley View, OH, Tracy Baer (Randal) of Van Wert and Mark Raudabaugh (Karen) of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Seth Baer (Meghan), Tom Baer (Krista), Ashley Slusher (Jonathan), Ricky Raudabaugh, Kendra Smith (Matt) and Hayley Temple (Austin); her daughter Kim Sue Raudabaugh; her granddaughter Shannon Vann; and her brothers, Richard B. Smith and Paul F. Smith. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 6 step great grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
