She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd T. Haynes and Lucille Haynes (Miller); and her children, Ronald Potter, Johnny Flickinger, Debbie Dickerhoff and Pamela Ann Sites.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Flickinger of Decatur, James Potter, Jr. (Theda) of Westerville, Ohio and Connie Bird of Celina; and her brother Terry Johns of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
