He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lavon Stefanka, Rudy Stefanka, Vernal Evans, Ruth Schmoldt and Robert Schmoldt.
He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Evans and Gail Evans (Mossbarger) of Van Buren; his wife Monica Gazarek; his children, Payton Evans of Maryland and Gabrielle Evans of Hawaii; his sister Amanda Podach (Christopher) of Napoleon; his niece Grace Hanzel; and his nephews, Rudy Hanzel (Amanda) and Gavin Podach.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Armes Cancer Center, Findlay.
