He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Edward John Kelty; and his brother-in-law Richard Perrott. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Joseph Hornyak, Sr. and Margaret Ann Seidel; his daughter Natalie Elizabeth Hornyak; his wife Karen Ann Kelty; his stepmother Margo; his sister Michelle Hornyak; his mother-in-law Shirley Kelty; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Perrott, Christine Bagnoli (Mike), John Kelty and Bill Kelty (Shari); his nephews, Zachary and Dominic Bagnoli; and his stepsiblings, Lori Ann Premozich, Daniel Williams and Margaret Williams.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Becker Funeral Home - Poland (270 N Main St, Poland, OH 44514). A prayer was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Angela Merici Parish (397 S Jackson St, Youngstown, OH 44506).
