It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Perkins of Van Buren, Ohio, who passed away on June 16, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Floyd Perkins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Perkins and Florence Perkins (Loy); and his siblings, Harold, Roy Melvin, Howard and Virginia Hunter.
He is survived by: his wife Sheri West; his children, Craig Perkins (Deb) of Findlay, Ohio, Tammy Reinhart of Findlay, Ohio, Nita Conine of Wauseon and Randy Perkins (Michelle) of Phoenix, Arizona; and also, Mary Ellen Griffith and Doris Crilly. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grand and step-great-grandchildren.
