He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Bill Crouse, Robert Hesse and Everett Thomas. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Jane Claybaugh; his sons, Clay McCartney (Beth) of Bowling Green, Guy McCartney (Chasity) of Van Buren and Will McCartney (Kelly) of North Baltimore; his sisters, Shirley Thomas of North Baltimore, Doris Bouillon of Oak Harbor, Barb Hesse of Oak Harbor and Sharon Crouse of North Baltimore; his grandchildren, Macy, Kelly, Marly, Jace, Mia, Camden and Emerson; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Perry (Tom) of Kettering, Nancy Wymer (Jim) and Lisa Claybaugh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
