She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Regal and Mary Regal; her husband Peter; her children, Katrina Fadil (Nick), Audra Gruber (Ryan), Carley Miller (Jerad) and Darby Frierson (Keyan); her grandsons, Noah Czyrba and Wyatt Clarke; and her siblings, Thomas Regal, Brian Regal (Kelly), John Regal (Tracey) and Paul Regal (Cathleen).

In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations be made in Virginia's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
