He was predeceased by: his daughter Megan; his parents, Harry and Rosemary; and his sister Rosemary Corley (Andrew). He is survived by: his children, Michele Hendry (Joseph), Kelly Farmer (Greg), Thomas Jr. (Trish), Jennifer and Tim (Erika); and his siblings, Dr. John O'Grady (Phyllis) and Kathryn Voehl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
