It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Jocke of Valley City, Ohio, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Steven (Amy); his parents, JoAnn Jocke and Edmund Jocke; and his siblings, Kenneth Jocke, Cathy Dominiak, Marilyn Robertson and Marcia Pesta.
