He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Shaw; and his sister Paula Ann Powell. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Shaw (Deanne) of Utica, Rick Shaw (Donna) of Mt. Vernon, Shelle McFadden (Craig) of Wichita Falls, TX and Debbie Ramsey (Eddie) of New Concord; his stepchildren, Jennifer Earley (Rod) of Utica and James Quinif (Jessica) of Utica; and his great grandchild Darline Shaw.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the and/or Hospice of Central Ohio.
