He is survived by: his wife Christina "Kip" Rutherford (Tyler); his children, Diana Hatch (Maurice), Jimmy Owens, Chad Owens (Stephanie), Peggy Wilkinson and John Rutherford (Shanon); his grandchildren, Allison Hatch, Nichole Wilkinson, Brooklyn West (Clay), Kenny Hatch, Garrett Hatch, Rebekah Rutherford, Kaleb Rutherford, Travis Owens, Nina Owens, Jenna Owens and Nathan Owens; his great grandchildren, Ava Bowen and Clara West; his siblings, Rosemary Throm (Fred) and Phillip Rutherford; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Tyler (Rick Snoor), Mary Kay Angeletti and Charlotte Nutter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
