She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve (Young) and Maurice Scanlon, Sr.; and her siblings, Emma, Louise, Mary and Maurice Scanlon, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Howard D. Ludwig; her children, Steve Ramsey (Kathy), Roy Ramsey II and Kim Harris; her siblings, Patricia Martin (Tom), Chris York (Andy), Bruce Scanlon and Neil Scanlon; her grandchildren, Samantha Harris, Kodi Harris, Ara Ramsey, Roy Ramsey, Cameron Ramsey, Weslee Roberts and David Bloise; and her great grandchild Brayden Gay. She is also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews; and eighteen great nieces and nephews.
