He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Fowler; his wife Mary Kay Fowler; and his sister Barbie Fowler. He is survived by: his sons, Frederick William Fowler Jr. and Daniel Albert Fowler (Samantha); his grandchildren, Larissa E Woods, RaiLeigh, Jaxon Wyatt and Gage Fowler; and his siblings, Dave Fowler and Susie Fowler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
